I. General

The Policy specifies the principles of collecting and processing personal data obtained by the Administrator both during the registration of an account in the online store, use of the service, as well as in the case of making purchases without creating an account and in the case of starting to subscribe to the newsletter.

III. Legal basis and purpose of personal data processing
Your personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).
IV. Your personal data are processed in connection with:
1. the necessity to execute agreements concluded by you with the Administrator, as well as actions taken before concluding the aforementioned agreements at your request (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR),
2. the necessity to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) of the GDPR),
3. your consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, including sending commercial information (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR),
4. the legitimate interest of the Administrator, for the purpose of marketing its own products and services, as well as securing and pursuing claims (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR).
Providing your personal data on the basis of the above. points 1) and 3) is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data will prevent you from concluding an agreement with the Administrator or using the Store and services provided electronically by the Administrator.
The User may at any time withdraw the consent previously granted to the processing of personal data for one or more purposes.
V. Sharing personal data
Your personal data will be shared with the relevant state authorities or third parties if such an obligation results from generally applicable law.
The Administrator also shares your personal data with a selected carrier or intermediary carrying out shipments on behalf of the Administrator for the purpose of delivery, as well as with an entity handling electronic payments or payments by payment card, financial institutions granting credit for the purchase of goods or leasing, entities providing hosting/server services and entities from the IT industry maintaining an online store, entities providing legal services and debt collection services.

VI. Data protection
The Administrator protects your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and in accordance with the highest standards of security and data protection.
The Administrator ensures the security of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures that are intended to prevent unlawful processing of data and their accidental loss, destruction and damage. The Administrator takes all possible measures to ensure that personal data is:
1. correct and processed in a manner consistent with the law,
2. obtained only for specific purposes and not further processed in a manner inconsistent with these purposes,
3. adequate, relevant and not excessive,
4. accurate and up-to-date,
5. not stored longer than necessary,
6. processed in accordance with the rights of the persons concerned, including the right to reserve disclosure,
7. stored securely,
8. not transferred without appropriate protection.
Personal data sets are protected against access by third parties. Only persons with granting authorization from the Administrator, trained in the protection of personal data and obliged to keep your personal data confidential.
VII. Period of storing personal data
Your personal data are processed for the period of:
1. securing or pursuing possible claims arising from the contract,
2. post-sale service of the contract (handling complaints),
3. fulfilling the legal obligation imposed on the Administrator (resulting from, for example, accounting and tax regulations),
4. to file an objection, if personal data are processed for marketing purposes based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator,
5. to withdraw consent, if the processing is based on previously granted consent, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
VIII. Rights of the data subject
You are entitled to request from the administrator access to personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, to transfer data and to object to processing. You may also withdraw previously expressed consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
IX. Right of access to data
At any time, you may request information about which of your personal data is being processed. You have the right to obtain the following information from the Administrator:
1. about the purpose, scope and method of processing your personal data,
2. since when your data is being processed,
3. about the source from which your data comes,
4. about the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is made available.
X. The right to access, supplement, update and delete data
At your request, the Administrator will supplement, update and correct your personal data, as well as suspend (temporarily or permanently) their processing or delete them if your data proves to be incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the Act or is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
XI. The right to object
In the event of the processing of your data by the Administrator for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data for the purposes of such marketing, including profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to such direct marketing. To exercise this right, you must submit an appropriate request to the Administrator by e-mail.
XII. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
XIII. Changing and updating personal data
In the event that your personal data changes, please update it yourself in your user account, if you have one, or notify the Administrator of this fact by phone, by letter to the company’s registered office address or electronically to the Administrator’s e-mail address.
XIV. Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your previously expressed consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
XV. Use of cookies by the Administrator
In connection with providing the content of the website, the Administrator uses the so-called cookies, i.e. information saved by servers on the user’s end device, which the servers can read each time the end device connects, may also use other technologies with functions similar or identical to cookies (information on cookies also applies to other similar technologies used within our website). Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the user of the website strateral.com Cookies usually contain the name of the domain of the website from which they originate, the time of their storage on the end device and a unique number.
XVI. Purpose of using cookies
Cookies are used by the Administrator for the purpose of:

3. maintaining the user’s session in the store (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the service,

The Administrator may use the following types of cookies on the online store website:

In accordance with the provisions of art. 18 section 6 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means and other applicable legal provisions, we may be required to provide information, including in particular the computer’s IP number, contained in access logs at the request of state authorities authorized under the law for the purposes of proceedings conducted by them.
